I want a character reference sheet, what commission type is it?
I currently do not accept commissions for character sheets, designs, or turnarounds.
When and how do I pay?
I accept payment through PayPal in CAD Dollars. I will send a Paypal Payment Request Invoice with your commission details and order total when I am ready to begin your commission. Payment is required before I will begin a commission. If I do not receive payment within 72 hours of sending the Paypal Payment Request Invoice you will lose your slot and I will move to the next person in line. You will then have to wait till I reopen commission slots again.
What do I get when I commission an art piece?
Depending on the commission generally you will receive jpeg's of your commission via email in a digital package (.zip). One will be labelled WEB for posting on the internet and one labelled PRINT for your personal use for printing. You will also receive a Smartphone Wallpaper, and a Social Media/SmartWatch Avatar. The file labelled PRINT is not permitted to be posted online. Use the file labelled WEB for all online sharing. In general pieces will be at least 5x7 at 300dpi unless requested otherwise. Please review the commission page for more details. All commissions will also receive a laminated print or badge (unless a shipping address is not provided).
What I will not accept commissions for:
Sexually explicit or “yiffy” scenes, gore, slime, inflation, user interfaces/overlays, character reference sheets, and animations. I reserve the right to decline any theme I do not feel comfortable with.
Can I use the commission image/photo for graphics, like websites, journals, blogs, icons, emoji's and signatures?
Yes, just post credit for the image somewhere on your wall, description, or pinned story. If you are reposting the entire image to a gallery, you may only use the watermarked version of your commission (it will be labelled WEB in its file name). You are also allowed to use the image for Discord Emoji or TwitchTV Emoji, however please post a credit on your channels panel section. For colouring sheets, adoptables, and templates a credit for the image somewhere in the info section is required.
Can I use the commission image/photo for prints, products, or other means that would generate a profit?
No. You may have commissioned or purchased the print/digital copy of the art piece, however the rights to the image belong to me. If you wish to attain the rights of the image you will need to pay an additional fee to receive the rights to the image. I do not claim ownership of any characters depicted in an image, only the actual image that I drew.
I cannot find an art piece that used to be in your gallery. What happened to it and can I still get a copy of it?
Every so often I go through my galleries and retire pieces from my online galleries. You can still get the watermarked version that appeared in the galleries; just send me an email requesting the online WEB version and I will send it to you via email. Un-watermarked images have a digital fee and are treated like a print.
Do you do traditional medium commissions?
Yes. Please visit my Commission Page for slot openings. My traditional medium of choice is ink, pencil crayon, and Copic markers.
